In an era of unprecedented crisis, the resilience of communities and their ability to support each other has never been more important.
While our communities in Central America so far have not seen high infection rates of COVID-19 itself, the economic effects of the global shutdown are devastating rural communities.
We are working with our network of local staff, community leaders, volunteers, and partners to meet the most urgent needs arising from high unemployment and food shortages in rural Latin America.
COMMUNITY RESILIENCE INITIATIVE
Support those hit hardest by COVID-19
We are pleased to partner with Thrive Farmers as they offer a highly limited edition set of three 8oz. bags of whole bean coffees from Costa Rica. Proceeds from each box will fund the Community Resilience Initiative supporting communities in need during the COVID crisis.
